Overview: Dr. David Breault‘s research has involved exploiting the expression of mouse telomerase (mTert) and the generation of mTert-GFP transgenic mice. He has developed a streamlined technique for isolating and characterizing adult stem cells from a variety of tissues using genetically engineered mice.
